Who We Are:

We are a group of Apostolic young people with a passion for Jesus Christ.  We are a youth group that is turning the world upside down with the power of Jesus Christ. Our name is S.U.N., Satan’s Ultimate Nightmare, because we are on a mission to take hell out of the equation in  St. Bernard Parish. Hell fears us!!!!

What We Do:

Praise & Worship:
Worship is the vehicle which transports us into the presence of God. One thing is certain, when we begin to worship Him, He shows up.

Prayer:
Prayer is communication with God. It is an       essential part of our relationship with Christ.     We meet thirty minutes before youth service every Friday night for prayer.

Youth Service:
We meet every Friday night at 7:30 to      worship together, to hear from God, and to fellowship. At youth services anything is bound to happen!

Youth Choir & Praise Team:
The youth choir and Praise Team’s purpose  is to glorify and magnify Jesus in music and song, and to lead the youth in praise and worship with enthusiasm and passion.

Youth Explosion:
Youth Explosion is our annual youth conference that is totally dedicated to reaching the youth of our community. It is a meeting where God impacts young people’s lives and frees them from the chains of depression, peer pressure, and   sin; and young people leave Totally Changed.

Youth Retreat:
Youth Retreat is an annual getaway for      our youth group, where they retreat from               everything except God and each other.        It’s at Youth Retreat where our young people get a fresh direction, a fresh anointing,     and a fresh call from Almighty God.

Apostolic Invasion:
An annual workshop to equip young people with the tools of evangelism for the                            21st century.

Fun & Fellowship:
Fun and fellowship can be experienced at every Friday night youth service,  however one Friday night a month we get together specifically for fun and games. We also have supervised youth parties and outings.

Conferences:
There are always local and out of state camps and conferences to attend. This is a great chance to meet new people and make new friends.
